When you build with CareTex we work to simplify the process. Communication and follow through separates us from other builders. Not only do we take the time to answer your questions we are at the jobsite continuously ensuring the project is moving forward as expected.
1. Find your lot
Meet with us to find a lot, or we can look at a lot you already own and plan to build on.
2. Design your custom home, and make selections
If you have a design or need help, we can match your taste and budget.
3. Obtain permits and approvals
We handle the permitting and approval process specific to your build.
4. Start and finish your build
Daily and weekly, we are onsite to ensure your project is built on time.
5. Warranty
10-Year structural warranty, foundation & structure
2-Year mechanical warranty, parts only no labor
1 st Year full builders’ warranty, parts and labor
3rd party Centricity warranty available
